The creation of the name homebased realtors is this, long ago I was faced with, I now have a need to work from home. A concept that allows single parents, and couples to work from home and to be closer to the people they are working for anyway, and that's their families at home. Years later I had no idea that CO*ID would force people to work from home. I have decide now to work as a solo broker so I no longer am taking on new or veteran agents. There never has been a need for an office brick and mortar setting.
